I am a runner and mountaineer by habit and trade, but enjoy a nice morning on the boulders at Horsetooth Res or a day with friends at the crags. My first love will always be long distance trail running and mountaineering, but in truth I'm an outdoor junky who loves doing anything outside.

Being outside enjoying scenic climbs and lines. I'm especially a fan of soloing class 4 and 5.easy stuff, nothing like the freedom of an unroped alpine route.
