About Me

Robin's guestbook

Hey Robin,

Great photo of the head climbing. Would you mind if I post that photo on my blog at http://www.rock-climbing-for-life.com/climbing-news-blog.html

Thanks

Ryan

BTW: I just noticed your from Limburg, Belgium. I was born in SHAPE, and lived my first year in Mons before my father was stationed back in the USA. :-)

Look forward to seeing your video when completed.

Hi Robin,
Unfortunately, I'm no pro... but I like to think I train like one. I've been climbing for almost 3 years now, and am curently red-pointing 5.11c/d (7a).

Hitting a plateau can be frustrating. I was stuck in the 5.10/5.11 (6a/6c) range for just over a year. I believe both the Power and Power-Endurance training has helped increase my ability. Not to say it would help you increase your ability to 8C - 8C+ in the next couple of months, but it just might help a little.

Good luck to you.
