ok.......you gotta give us a little more to go on...pics, the whats happs, where do you climb............pointers, work on technique, b/c I am shorter and a chick, I can't always muscle up a problem. But with the right technique/manuever, I can do just about anything I set my mind to do. Yoga, be flexible, you will find some of these routes take a good amount of flexibility. Not only that but when a pump sets in, it's good to know some stretches. It also cuts down on fatique and soreness the next day. I also use glutamine, a amino acid, great for muscle recovery.........good luck and climb on...
