Up the right side of the face. Thin face climbing leads to a leftward traverse. After 20 feet climb directly up past 2 large quarry eyebolts in a chiseled groove. Finish over a headwall to the anchors just below the cliff top. 140 feet, bring slings to tie off the eyebolts and a railroad spike. 5 pitons to 3-bolt anchor. DESCENT: a double-rope rappel or a 70-meter line gets you to the ground. Do not climb to the top and walk off--it's loose above the belay. FA: Steve Wood, September 2004.
