
I built this small climbing wall to do toe work while using my campus board. I haven't put any mounts on the board yet. I'm still considering what to use. All of the wood and hardware required so far cost $30 at Lowes. I picked up some baseboard trim, half dowel rod, to run across in strips but I don't know if it'll hold my weight...

looks good. you might want to get some griptape to rup along the top to smear on. notsomuch for practice but to get some weight off your fingers!

yeah a nice chunk of that stick on-the-stairs grip stuff should give good friction. A very nice, solid design. I'd have used 1.40 worth of wood and 22 bent nails to achieve similar structure.
