Looks pretty nice! Karma is while I sit here, I'm sippin' a Flying Dog ale called Old Scratch'. Speaking of scratches, girl who has been kicking you in the shins anyway? Nice battle marks from the world of bouldering I presume?
badash says:
hahha thats funny because one of those scars is from Hound Ears at Triple Crown... I was walking and i fell into a ditch. (hey - it was dark outside) it was hilarious.... just another example of how climbers are horizontally challenged!!! and the other one is a scar from climbing somewhere...
woodchuck07 says:
Hahhahaaa! I'm just picturing Ash with one foot in the gutter. Fell in a ditch. That's the best "I wasn't drinking" excuse I've heard this week. (almost as good as wrapping aluminum foil around an Ale8' bottle) Well let's see what scars you can pick up at round two of the TC this weekend girl!...have fun.

=D
yeah this is how it went down:
Imagine three people walking ahead of you... they are all side by side. All of the sudden the one on the end drops down and the other two keep walking.
well, the one on the end was me.
haha.
yeah....... "i wasnt drinking!!!"
woodchuck07 says:
Yeah, just like I said,,, the one with her foot in the gutter! Just falls down and the group, arms linked at the elbows, just keeps dragging the poor child along for the next few hundred yards before they realized she fell. It's a climbers trait: we can climb vertical and walk a slackline, but fall down on the level trail if there is a loose pebble or rut in the pathway.
badash says:
That is so true.

I trip and fall over stuff all the time...especially when I'm exhausted....I think I tripped over rocks like 15 times this weekend...I do it enough, that though my friends laugh, I just pretend like it never happened.

I trip every climbing trip... my friends just expect it now. I have so many stories about falling..... man...... me and you both, dan.
woodchuck07 says:
Ash, no more acid! No more tripping on every climbing trip, I mean climbing 'outing'. Well, you of tie dye understand.
badash says:
ha, i realized i said it like that after i posted it but i honestly didnt think anyone would relate it to trippin on acid or anything.... and here we go......
woodchuck07 says:
well of course we will. we've gone through this 'trippin' thing with you before I believe.. time for you to come to Wisconsin and do a nasty 5.12 face called Acid Rock.
