Chyanne, 5 years old, steps up. Note Bum sporting a "Trashy t-shirt" and a huge investment in beer contained only by his spanking new Singing Rock Blues XL harness.

Nice bum. (I'm gonna get you a shirt with the new design, that original one is pretty weak)

Thanks Trash. But people seem to like it...At least they react to it. One guy burst out laughing when he read it. When they see me in my shirt they kind of look away muttering.

3 cheers for that SR harness cuz it fits me just great too. ever use the cheapo runner as a 'diaper sling' harness for the small ones instead of the choke off rope wrap? It's not bad.

WC...You mean to tie off like I did, then twist a runner into leg loops?

not just an extra wrapped '8 for the legs, but use a big runner that you wrap behind your back, reach under the legs and grab a loop, pull through and link all 3 sides tightly in front with a locking 'biner. Before I bought a harness as a 'noob, that was my tie in for several years of toproping 5.10's. adjustable and no broken ribs cuz it stays down on the hips. I must have learned that one from Robbins' or whatever in the early 70's.

I've rappelled off one of them using 2" webbing for the harness

Yup. I started as a rappeler, and used 1 inch tubular web as my harness. Glad those days are gone. Shame on me for that era of my early adventure life.
