Look what I found!

Check it. The nearest decent climbing from Southeast Missouri (where my parents live) is 2 hours drive. Unknown to me until this past weekend, there is a HUGE random sandstone boulder with several already-visible problems on it. This was 1.5 miles from their house on some state property called "Crowley Ridge Wildlife Area." I will have fun on this thing weekdays during my summer off : )

Wow, you're from Kennett? My parents live just north of Bloomfield (by Dexter), where I found this boulder. We go climbing in Southern Illinois, and I'm lookin' to do a bouldering adventure at Elephant Rocks (also 2 hours away) in the near future.

Not from there, my mom's family lived (and live) there and Sikeston. I spent alot of time in the cotton and soy fields around there as a kid.

I was born and lived in Sikeston for many years. I am currently in STL studying human communication, and I want to move to AZ next year to continue that.
If you're ever in So. illinois climbing this year, shoot me a message : )

Will do. STL is my hometown, I'll be there soon. It's only 4.5 hours from Louisville.
