Taking the name from the B-2 stealth bomber, the 3 pak of stealth condoms was a novelty item sold mail order outa Texas back in the mid 80's. I believe some manufacturing flaws led to catastrophic structural failure at the worst time, thus they are not found anywhere today. Don't think they were designed to grip well on smooth stones or 'other' surfaces.
