This is the middle of the Heather Park to Lake Angeles traverse, it is looking down the east side of Heather Pass, 5650 feet high. Olympic National Park.

igottagetoutside....thanks for your comment. Yes, it is nice. The picture just shows the rocky stuff, actually there is also a very nice stretch up high of alpine meadows: wildflowers and green heather that seem to go forever. We frequently see goats up close, and did on the day the picture was taken.
