Our local version of the Fang, (called the Snake here) is about 40% shorter, but builds very similar. It is 'scheduled' to be frozen in by the 23rd we hope.

Seriously! I first saw it back in late 70's and top roped it a couple years later when we called it the 'Snake. Remember, the tools we had back then were something you would laugh at today and never consider using. It's about 90 ft. total height. Our mushroom pile of ice at the bottom is only about 15 ft. high. Fang is about 160ft. total height I think? Others here labeled this ice the 'Fang because of it's similar appearance.
