I say bruised left hipbone and maybe a dislocated left elbow.

Somehow I managed to escape with injury, just knocked the wind out of me.

Figures. Otherwise this would be entered under the 'Injuries' category, eh?

I find it works better if you stay above the line

it looks like an old fashioned high jump attempt from the 60's called the 'western roll'. Or maybe he's gonna do the limbo under it.
