Dude, I totally got your message way back when. Never found an extra belay device in my stuff. If you need to ever borrow something like that just let me know. I'm still up for after work climbing. My life has been crazy, but things are starting to calm down. Like buying furniture calm, so give me a shout if you want to go up army route or something.

No worries, as far as working out, I have found that first I have to stay in a routine, and second to fight the boredom I change up exercises to one keep my muscles guessing and two to fight the mental part. Since I have changed up my routine (no Power lifting) I find that I climb better, if you need anything let me know, and enjoyed this weekend you did an awesome climb on that.9!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Erica, haven't talked to you in a while! Did you go to Elevenmile this weekend? I missed it because I'm too pooped from doing Ellingwood's Ledges on the Crestone Needle. Up for some climbing Monday? I need a reliable belayer. I am planning on going to the Garden (will find shade!!!)

If you go to our groups, it tells how to get there, but we can plan either way. I will have a full ride but get with Pludos and see if you guys live close, no point in waisting gas if we dont have too. I will give him the times as well.
