Hey man, sorry for replying so late...I don't look at my guest book that often and I've been pretty busy too. Anyway, how long are you in town? You don't have ANY gear? Not even shoes and a harness? Let me know and maybe we can work something out.

Glad to hear you have a harness/shoes/bely device. That'll make things way easier. I have everything else. So were you referring to the "maxi-pad tech tip" on my site? Yeah, most of my stuff on there is a joke. I haven't tried the maxi-pad thing, but who knows, it might work for some. LOL! :)

I would recommend you read some of John Longs books. He has written a Learning to Climb series that's very informative. Do you have any gear to do roped climbing? i.e. harness, shoes, belay device.

Welcome to the site, I live about 40 minutes to the east of St.George in Virgin. It's on the highway you take to get to Zion. Why are you moving to Utah? Have you spent a lot of time out here before?
