Hey buddeee, yu've been pretty quiet lately. Still gonna try and make it to the Red sometime between the 11th and 14th?  I'll be in late on the 10th as planned.

things have been pretty quiet on site as of late. chatted up with Steve/Neal. where are all out 'regulars' and their activity lately?  C'mon, you must have something to post or say about stuff!  The Rockratz are all over the place; where is eveyone else?

So what's the chance for good weather in Oct? I've not been to the Red in the fall and hope that second week of Oct is a cool, dry time to climb. Be there to share a 5.7 or something I can deal with. 10th to 14th for sure.

No worries, weather was pretty crappy that weekend ... definitely let me know next time you plan on heading out to the Red!

Hey ... I just got back from Colorado, and boy are my forearms tired!

Anyway, I am about to start the semester (keeping after that M.A.) ... and getting psyched for southern Illinois. I am ready for the fall to start because I am excited about bouldering. I have lost any regular climbing partner, too, because of my girlfriend's and my dad's schedules. So I am all alone.
I need to hook up with somebody who really knows all of the spots in southern Illinois and wants to have a monthly or every-two-weeks climbing/bouldering partner who is super passionate.

I feel you on the size discrimination brother! What really chaps my ass is that if they just neglected all fringe sizes, I might understand. But they make clothes for damn-near-midgets readily available everywhere! But if you're slightly taller than the rest...nada. It's not like we're circus-act-freak tall or anything; there are lots of us around! What gives?! AAAAARrrggggggrrrr... don't get me started...

Aaaaghhhh not even free over the weekend? I got 3 more days until I take off, if the heat doesn't kill me first. Great day today, 5.8 and 5.10c sporty routes; a real change for my 'trad background.

Heeeyyy, I'm here. Just arrived today, set up camp, sweating bullets and drinking beers. Here 'till Monday AM. what up?

I have to work both Saturday and Sunday morning (boo) but I would love to join you for some climbs on either afternoon if you head to the Red this weekend. I feel pretty comfortable leading up to 5.9-5.9+ and enjoy toproping climbs up to 5.10b ... but will also be happy to watch and admire the mad skills of those doing higher ratings! I could probably be up there pretty early, 1:30-2ish. Which walls are you thinking about?

Climbers must love you! Not only do you make a great climbing partner but the food you bring tops their meager energybars. :) What sort of shop? I'll check back in the morning to see, unbelievably tired from today's training.

Nothing much, just the same monotonous running and training. Hey, I never figured out what you do for a living...
