ok what are some good things i should take in consideration when i start climbing like diets and workouts and the such what should i cut form my diet what can i do to increase endurance i know it has been posted but i have not been popped yet

alright so I know your super psyched to climb and get good and all that whick is awesome and I'm totally with yah. but trust me when I say that the only thing you need to do as far as getting better at climbing (at least for the first 6-12 months) is to just climb. you'll get plenty strong just climbing and getting your body used to the activity and your technique is the most important thing to work on anyways. believe me you'll see a huge jump in strength in the first 6 months if you climb a 2 or 3 times a week. just have fun and don't worry about grades right off the bat. just have fun with it and let yourself progress at your own pace. cheers and good luck! if you have any questions feel free to ask, and let us know how your comin' along.
