Hi guys,

Need some of your wisdom. I keep active every day by hanging a bit off the stairs in my house so I can build some power even when away from the rocks. Last Sat, my friend was baby sitting so we had a killer session at his place. now some of my fingers have some nasty blisters and it gurts like hell to hang from them.

Is it normal to get blisters or should I cut on the stair training?

Yea, blisters are normal in training....and climbing. Your skin just isn't use to being used like that. Let them heal. Then they'll be back. Let them heal again...and so on. Soon enough you'll get calluces and everything will be fine and dandy.
Not to mention you'll get those rough climbers' hands that women find irresistable...and sexy.
