and even project holds has some really cool stuff.... If you want a sloper, check out the biosphere at projectholds.com .......if not, all the huge slopers from nicros are pretty good!!!

badash says:
Oh okay right on. Well I dont know how many of those nicros holds you have seen in person, but they are actually pretty big. For instance, if you go to that site - theres that brown/tan weird one and its pretty big! (probably as big as the one in the picture, its just longer.) So the pictures dont do those holds justice - they are bigger than they look. I'll keep looking. If i see something thats huge i'll post it.

Rockratz - I was there at the Teva Games also and got a good look at that hold as I climbed past it on an easier route, it was a Nicros hold!
Human Crashpad says:
I was just looking at an article on Woods and it had a picture of him at an Italian worlds comp on this big hold. BIG big. It was a Mars blob, bigger than the boulderer. Pretty random, but have you thought about painting the wall with some sort of design since a planet is probably out of the question?
CUBuffs85 says:
I was at Sport Climbing Center last night and they had a lot of big holds on the wall, after looking at them closely, now I think the Teva Games hold was from Stone Age Holds. Their large holds tend be more rounded and smooth. Whatever it was, Nicros or Stone Age, they are huge and expensive ($79 each)!

I think I've seen some smaller versions for half the price, but this sure takes the prize for monstrosity. No way I spend 200 bucks for one. I just make my own features to create new obstacles on the wall.
