Pixie Mate Review

Upon Winning the Most Motivating Thing You can say to a Person While Climbing competition I received the Pixie Mate Package. This Included four boxes of Pixie Mate tea's with 20 individual tea bags within, and two containers with Mate Latte concentrate. (Talk about hooking me up!)

Mate Chai- When drinking the Mate Chai do not expect the regular Chai taste from Starbucks or any other big name coffee place. This special Chai Mate combines the tastes of clove, ginger, cardamom, and black tea along with the organic Yerba Mate. It's like the brand name Chai Lattes stripped down to their natural flavors. I personally really liked the Mate Chai because I was expecting a more commercial flavor and received a more natural tea. Not to mention it has 2700 antioxidants per serving.

Authentic Mate- Authentic Mate has 3600 antioxidants per serving. That alone is a reason to go out and buy this drink. The unique flavor is best, I found, in the mornings to get you going on your day of work, or in my case school.

Chocolate Mate Solstice- Do not expect this tea to actually taste like Chocolate. Although the thick aroma of Chocolate will likely try to fool your senses into believing that the drink will taste like chocolate along with everyone else around you. This tea tastes like natural cocoa and Ramon nut with a hint of black tea and Yerba Mate. I am not a huge fan of cocoa and the Ramon nut, so I personally didn't like this particular tea all that much. But if you like those, then this is the tea for you. (p.s. 2400 antioxidants per serving)

Mate Limon- Talk about a zippy way to start your morning! This particular tea from the Pixie Mate series is sure to wake you up. I put lemon in almost anything I eat or drink so I loved Mate Limon, it included the tastes of Organic Lemongrass and Lemon Verbena. It was also the second highest antioxidant level out of the four boxes of Pixie Mate I received with 3200 antioxidants per serving.

The Original Mate Latte- um um good. I loved the Original Mate Latte, along with the rest of my family. It not only took the taste of the Authentic Mate but it also added a touch of vanilla. This is the perfect drink to drink before going to bed. It completely soothes your whole body and makes you feel relaxed. It also contains 24,400 antioxidants per serving, which is amazing for your body.

Mate Chai Latte- If you love Chai drinks then I would highly recommend you buy the Mate Chai Latte. Not only is it completely organic, but it is completely chalk full of antioxidants (22,800). I mixed the concentrate with both soy milk and regular milk to see if there was a big difference (sometimes I can't stand regular chai concentrates with one or the other), however I couldn't tell any significant difference because the taste was all around pleasing with both milk and soy milk.
