Hi people! que pasa! Well its always hard to introduce onself, more in another language that its not yours... anyway, lets do it.

Im 26 yo. from Benidorm (east spain). I discovered climb two years a go and its has changed my life forever, i know. Last summer we created a local climbing club to share with all young people no only the sport, if not the way to feel and live of climbers (my city, benidorm, its a beach city, first holiday turism destiny on summer in Europe), and the way of life goes of going to beach, going out at night, drugs, etc... so me and my friends have discovered the world of the muntains and decided to created the club (so hard to work on it sometimes, no helps from administration, no money :P) anyway we have the illusion to share will all young people the posibility to know something different from all that... and let them the chance to feel alive again in nature, traveling, and climbing!

 Now we are setting a boulder competition on the beach for 4 oct 2008, we hope you all to come ;) will be the first big project of the club :)

 I know i have just arrive and discovered all this... and its my work now get info, learn and listen to experimented climbers. About myself, i do rock climbing, bouldering, psicobloc, crestas (dont know how is in english) but the while, but i hope someday to do big walls and classic climb, alpinism.... (so nice to dream :P)

Well... i thing im writing a boring Bible so... its time to action, its time to climb! See you all on the wall ;)

i for got to say that all the story with the club started because 5 friends we set a forum of climbing at internet... and it has been growing and now we are 180 users and the first climbing website of our region :) www.frikiescaladores.com

Benidorm (Alicante). Its gonna be a bouldering competition to the province championship at the beach. We are trying to set many interesting activities running pararel to the championship. Anyway as we were closing acts i will post more info. See you!
