but i just wait for the magazines with posters. I have alot. And i have like 4 signed posters of beth and tommy and i got a bunch of posters from triple crown... i mean, they'll come to you if you keep getting involved in climbing activites. But if you want to pay you can get those patagonia ones...
chessler books has some good ones and just google "climbing posters". you'll get a lot of the inspirational crap, but theres soem good sites out there.
For original art, check out www.jessecrockart.com, He does some amazing stuf. You could always check on back issues of Urban Climber Magazine. they have some nice ones.
Hey Steve, what happened to getting posters made of the climbing pics that made shot of the year??
Cheers!
Make your own collage! Cut up back issues of mags, tape 'em all together into massive shots to post up. Although there are few climbing movies out to theaters, I did manage to snag the theater marquee super sized posters from Cliffhanger and Vertical Limit. NOt that I'm proud of those productions but hey, it's a poster.
Forgot to add.,, go to a teacher supply store nearby and you can usually find some kind of 6 to 8 dollar 'inspirational' phrased posters for classroom decor, with many action sports. Lots of climbing ones found the last few years, so go check it out. Blot out the corny phrase and add your own word bubble print out instead.
same here... lots of old cut out photos pasted together and assembled in a poster. Put it up in my first indoor homegym, a barn hayloft, back in 91. Lots of 80's lycra shots in it, so not a poster I wanna brag about anymore.
