Our very own Dbattin has been accepted to compete in the 2008 Ouray Ice festival! This his very 1st ice comp so if you're out there, be sure to cheer him on Wednesday, Jan 10.

Let's see, in my day that would be right after Yvon Chouinard and before Jeff Lowe. With straight picks, leashes tied to your waist, BIG leather double boots, maybe 1st generation 'footfangs' on your feet if lucky. Sure different from todays heel hookin' speedy gear.
