damn i stopped climbing not long ago because of pain on my left arm , and went to see a doctor . It figures that i have a biceps tendonitis , and have to wait whatever the time its going to take to heal . Anyone ever experienced and healed that kind of injuries? any advice on stretching or icing , anything? even maybe some exercice i can do to reduce the danger of such injuries. Thanks a lot ;P

On the bicep side? never heard of it. Only from the backside, tricep and through the elbow itself into the forearm. Have they checked on a torn bicep possibility? That's a bitch of a surgery if so.

i dont know i just know its written bicep tendonitis on my medical resume . and that it hurt in my shoulder and on the front of my elbow . on climbinginjuries.com ( which i dont know if its a good site or not) its written that both doctors have cured a bicep tendonitis , but again , i dont know which way . The doctor only gave me a job break of a month and a ton of painkillers . im really thankful of the time you took to answer me , but hell i hope your wrong lol ;P hope i will be back in shape fast , and i will now be very careful with big reach on boulders and impossible things that i must send .

I never consulted a doctor on a bicep tendonitis. So accept his word over my hypothesis of bicep tear. Hope it doesn't take long to heal up.
