The 2007 Palouse Climbing Festival at the University of Idaho has come and gone...but one last competition still remained - the best photos, blogs and videos! Competitors and spectators shared their photos, stories and videos from the festival here at the YourClimbing.com Palouse page, and to make things a bit more fun, we held three contests for those that submitted their stuff. Without further ado, here are the winners!

BEST PHOTO: More photos were submitted than anything else, and the quality was superb across the board. But eventually, one photo emerged as the best of the bunch: mike beiser's shot of Palouse Climbing Festival organizer Dan Turner. Mike scores himself 4 Camp USA Nano Wire Quickdraws for the win.
BEST STORY OR BLOG ENTRY: We received a few stories from the weekend -- the best of which was Mitchell Odom's recount of his return to climbing after an injury-induced break. He used the festival as a means of rejuvenation, and for writing so well about it, he earns himself a Mountain Hardware MicroChill Zip T.

BEST VIDEO: Okay, so this particular contest wasn't all that close - there was only one entry! But it was a good entry none the less. theshmack caught the finals round at Palouse, and submitted a clip of a a great send. Since he posted the absolute best (aka "only") video, theshmack will be the new proud owner of a set of Camp USA Pro Nuts.
Thanks to everyone who posted, and congrats to the winners!
