Hey, YourClimbers, are any of you going to 24 Hours of Horseshoe Hell on Sept. 28? We've got 5 free entries for folks who would like to be "grassroots correspondents" at the 24-hour event. Two are spoken for, so we've got 3 left.
Don't let the "correspondent" word scare you. It's easy and fun. Just agree to take a few photos (video if you'd like) and blog a bit about the event here on YourClimbing.com. Very low key. You don't need to be a professional writer or photographer!
Go for it!

Would love to go see the event for the first time, but I'm committed to RocTrip weekend free time instead. Somebody out there, c'mon! Someone gotta get there.

igottagetoutside and myself will be there representing the older climbers. Our combined age will be 100 for the event. Right now I understand there are almost 200 climbers signed up. It will be a fun time. Last year igotta ended up second in the women's category and won a sweet North Face jacket. It's going to be pretty tough competition this year with climbers coming in from Utah, Colorado, all the closer neighboring states like oklahoma, missouri, kansas, texas, and of course the locals from arkansas. With New Belgium as one of the sponsors how could it not go great.

Beer? possible free beer? Welll, now we might have to reconsider....

It is going to be a really fun event with some strong climbers in all categories. We have climbers from all over the US to compete, with great sponsors and giveaways to rival any comp out there!!!!
DoubleD and igottagetoutside are going to be contenders again this year in their divisions!
