Wanted to give a thanks to all for this weekend, once again a thought turned into an idea, and then transformed into a gathering! The climbing was awesome! I learned, I grew and had fun with a group of people like none I have ever been a part of before, I thank you all for your passion for the sport, meeting new people, having a good time and most of all just wanting to sit around a campfire and drink beer!!!!!!!!!!!
These gatherings have renewed me in more ways than I can describe in words, even though hail beat the crap out of us there was no despair, just good times; friendships were made this weekend, partners were formed, and the word of the Colorado Springs RockRatz got out even more! I thank you all!! It is due to all of you that this community is as strong as it is!

It was my first time at Eleven Mile, and I had a blast! I promised some pics would be posted, and I will get to that this week. Apologies for the delay. No excuse other than I am lame! Anyway, I'll make another post on this later this week, but next Sunday afternoon/evening: housewarming party. Climb all day and come on over for some good food and a frosty beverage. More details to follow, but wanted to give you guys the beta.
