It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. What are your neighbors up to?

Ever worry that you're losing touch with climbing friends, and wonder what they're doing every day?

Well keep up with the Joneses and wonder and worry no more, for YourClimbing.com commissioned its Magic Tech Gnomes to develop a cool new social utility feature: the Buddies and Neighbors section!

To see what we did, take a look at your profile page. You'll notice that the first tab is now called "News" -- click on it and see what your buddies and people in your area have been doing! You can modify the size of your specified area or limit the viewing to buddies-only ("Change Viewing Options"), and also see your latest buddy and neighbor posts in the upper right hand corner of all other pages (front page, picture page, blog page, etc.).

ROCK TALK: Back from South Africa

YourClimbing.com's enthusiast-in-chief Katie Brown joined Lisa Hathaway on a journey to South Africa's famed Rocklands boulders, where they met up with Lisa Rands and Wills Young. Yes, it was pretty much a Perfect Storm of climbing all-stars. Check out some of the pictures she snapped, and read about her homecoming here.

Katie returned from the Land of the Coolest Ascents Ever with a couple of sweet videos in tow. The first features a v8 problem called Petit Hueco, and after viewing it you'll rest assured that Katie brought her A game to South Africa. It's a heinous problem, and she basically crushed it. The second is from a pretty freaky highball that Katie made look all-too-easy.
