ROCK TALK: Rifle brings Katie to her knees

A combination of histaminic reactions and non-stop rock grabbing put YourClimbing.com's enthusiast-in-chief Katie Brown in a haze this week.

"Snot Girl" had to call a time-out and reassess the game plan after too many fruitless training days, so she went back to the drawing board and gave herself a refresher course in Kicking Ass On The Rock.

With a rejuvenated strategy in place and only a week remaining until her South African adventure with Lisa Hathaway, Never Kneebar Katie finally resigned herself to the knee pads, much to glee of Lisa.
