Hope everyone is well and looking forward to a great spring time and lots of great climbing. I am counting the days for my long awaited trip to Lineville and the table rock area where I get to hook up with some pals. Anyone climbed out there recently and can offer up some tid-bits of knowledege?

Peace...............

Was planning on a first visit there this summer, but that wont work unless they have wheelchair access 5.-minus routes to do. Give us a great report and photos of your expedition to Lineville.

I have been to Rumbling Bald & Looking Glass, but I have no idea if that's near Linville Gorge.

Woodchuck - You can still belay. Come visit me and we can go to Castlerock up Boulder Canyon and you can belay from the car.

I can't drive a car. Foot/cast won't fit between gas and brake and have no dexterity or I"d at least go on the road to kill the boredom here. I'm solo, honing my survival skills here alone up and down the stairs at home.

DG, I've also been to Looking glass, not sure actually if it's close to those places. I know that it's about an hour from Asheville, it's also near Morganton. I'll send along all the beta once I get back.

WC, did you have your surgery? How are you doing? Well, once things get more stable for you I'd still get outdoors no matter what. I believe for those of us who have a huge appreciation for the great outdoors, no way we can not go outside. So get out there somehow.
