School has started back up for me.
Its the first weeekend of just getting back to school, ive been getting home everyday at 5:00, even though i get out at 2:15, its just because of my JROTC and cross country practice.
Which suxs, because i cant get to the gym to train everyday =[
I can only get on the weeekends.

Glad to see you back on the site! This is probably going to sound stupid, but I didn't go to highschool, so bear with me. What is JROTC?
Cross country huh? I ran cross country during my couple years off climbing. Loved it!
Oh, and it's okay if you're only getting out on the weekends. Every little bit helps, and this way you'll want it more instead of getting burned out.

JROTC - junior officer traning corp
its like a military program at highschools.
our jrtoc branch is army
hahah
thanks girl!
woodchuck07 says:
ROTC is the Reserve Officer Training Corp, a military unit that is stationed in many high schools. Students usually take part in it during their PE class hours, plus lots of extra training. J'is for junior level, as the full level begins in collegs. Many can then move on to ROTC programs in college, or at a military academy like Anapolis or West Point, and may have a role in the military after graduation, thus be ahead of a basic recruit.
(Katie, think 'Animal House', Niedermeier, and the frat guys in uniform on horseback)
abbyduh says:
haha hes got it covered =]
woodchuck07 says:
Unfortunately back in the 'Nam era, they were often sent right over to command, with little field training in jungle warfare, and ended up with a bullet in the head on day One. With the IED's and all in Iraq, it doesn't look much better today for new recruits headed over there. Sorry to bring up negative thoughts on our cheery site here.

its all good
