I think the person is probably happy because they'll be going to school in a wonderful place with plenty of opportunity for climbing and other outdoor rec. Imagine if you were looking for a very specialized course and the best school was in Kansas! Now that, would suck.

Geez, you got that right. I would be sure to change my interests in life, my major, anything, just to avoid going to school in the climbing-nowhere places like: Kansas, Oklahoma, Florida, Iowa, Illinois, you fill in the additional places to avoid.  UNC, Boulder, CSU, Air Force Academy, now those are the places to grab.

I think he was accepted to "the" UNC, University of North Carolina.
I was just pokin fun with the Greeley, CO. UNC. Greeley is a stink hole and that is why I thoght it would be funny.
