Well peeps, I am about-ish the half way point. Glad, soooo glad. Every day that I wake up, is another day that gets me closer to my goals, my dreams. In clinic yesterday, I had to be the leader of my group, ugh! I learned that, there are some many different ways to approach problems and people with problems. It's a part of the learning process, like in climbing, there are various ways to tackle a problem or the crux.
I like my role as someone who is a part of the team, as a new nurse, I don't really see myself in that leadership role. I had a lot of positive remarks from my fellow classmates and teacher who all felt I did a great job. That's nice to hear.
I am glad this is almost over and especially that April is approaching, spring break I'll be out there, chalking up and climbing until my fingers bleed(I hope).
A vacation isn't a vacation unless you come home with a few souveniers. No broken bones please, unless you were having a blast. Then it sucks b/c you have to heal, pain and time off work.
Have a great day!!

I am a student nurse also, and it is hard to weigh climbing and school life together, and all the students in our program are so lame and unhealthy (most).. But climbing keeps my sanity, at least what I have left....

Well I hope you continue to focus on your health b/c as I've told many peeps, climbing and working out is my prozac. Most of the students in my class are also lame and unhealthy, I try to motivate people to come climbing with me. Some have, but usually poop out after about 20min.
Best of luck to you, there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
Rock on....
