Well first Happy New Year to all!
Ok, now you can all start taking shots about where the RockRatz been hiding out, Ok ready go---------------is that all? :)
Well I and RockRats have been on leave and working some things, recently we have worked a deal to open the wall at the local YMCA, which has been rarely used. Which brings me to my request per the title of this blog, we are in the search of used shoes, if any of you have shoes that have been buried in the closets for years or stuffed in boxes in your garage (WoodChuck) we would love to hear from you!
We are looking for nothing fancy and a variety of sizes so if you would like to sell those old things or donate to the RockRatz it would be greatly appreciated, trying to make the experience for the kids at the YMCA that much better as right now they have no shoes and anyone with out their own have to climb in their tennis shoes. So again any help you all could provide would be awesome and RockRats will buy you a beer {guess I better check with him on this, but sounded good to me:)}
You can email me directly at phillip.a.ludos@us.army.mil with any offers, or suggestions on were I can get some used shoes. Thanks to all and hope everyone’s year is off to a Grand start!

Hey Pludos..my extra shoes are in use here at my outdoor wall, so none to spare. Sounds like a great project you have going. Good luck in it.

Thanks bro and no worries, our grand opening is the 18th and looking forward to it-me an RR hoping that this will launch us into the guiding and teaching business, but regardless its a chance to bring new people to the sport.

EB's? Didn't even know they still existed. I see the opening bid is 17.99 and none made yet. Looks like used shoes from the photo they have up. Not a bad deal IF you know what sizes they have and if the toe rubber is still there.

My old shop bought a few these through Libery Mountain a while back (98?) they weren't too bad. one pair was made of canvas another stretched 2 full sizes and wasn't a slipper!
